you're tired of being the one everyone depends on.

you want relationships where you feel supported, considered, and cared for, too.

when it all feels too heavy

01

your sister calls asking for another favor. you helped her twice last week, and now she's asking again. you're starting to wonder if she ever stops to think about how much you already have on your plate.

02

your partner gets home and asks what's for dinner. you've had a long day, too, and it would be really nice if someone else thought about dinner for once.

03

your mom makes another comment about how you're living your life. You know she probably means well, but you're tired of feeling like everything you do is up for discussion.

and it's not that you don't love these people.

you do.

but lately, you feel like you're getting annoyed with everyone.

the smallest things are starting to get under your skin. conversations turn into arguments over things that shouldn't be such a big deal. sometimes you catch yourself snapping at someone you love, only to feel terrible about it afterward.

you dread picking up the phone when certain people call, and sometimes your patience runs out before your partner has even finished a sentence.

as frustrated as you are with the people around you, you're starting to recognize that you don't like how you're showing up in these relationships, either.

you're tired of holding things in until you explode, agreeing to things you don't want to do, and having the same arguments you wish you'd handled differently.

you want to enjoy your relationships again.

you want to feel appreciated and considered

you want to spend time with the people you love without another little thing turning into a big thing

and you want to feel good about how you're showing up in those relationships, too

because you love these people. and you're ready to stop waiting for things to feel different and start understanding what you can do differently.

and it's not like you haven't tried to make things better.

you've explained to your partner why it bothers you when you're left handling everything around the house. you've told your sister you're overwhelmed and can't always drop everything when she needs something. you've tried having conversations with your mom about the comments she makes, hoping that this time she'll understand where you're coming from.

and sometimes things do get better. for a little while.

but then another situation comes up, another argument happens, or someone asks you for something that feels like one thing too many.

suddenly, you're right back where you started.

so you try to be more patient. You work on communicating better and explaining yourself more clearly, hoping something will finally click.

But here's what I want you to understand.

knowing what you want to do differently doesn't automatically change what makes doing it so difficult.

you can learn how to communicate your needs and set boundaries. but when the beliefs you've learned about love and responsibility are still influencing your reactions, you can find yourself falling into the same patterns. that's why I don't start by teaching you another way to communicate. I start by looking at what's making it so difficult to communicate the way you actually want to.

the way you've learned to keep your relationships working can be the very thing making them so frustrating.

think about what happens when someone you love is upset with you.

maybe you start explaining yourself, trying to get them to understand why you said what you said. or you give in because you don't feel like dealing with another argument. sometimes you keep something to yourself because it doesn't seem worth bringing up, only to find yourself getting increasingly irritated about it later.

those reactions didn't come out of nowhere.

behind the pattern

the invisible rule

throughout your life, you've picked up beliefs about what it means to be a good partner, daughter, sister, or friend.

somewhere along the way, being considerate became synonymous with putting other people's needs before your own. You might have learned that disagreeing with someone risks an argument, or that when someone you love is upset, it's your responsibility to make things better.

over time, those beliefs become so familiar that you don't even realize you're following them.

they become the invisible rules you live by in your relationships.

and here's where things get interesting.

the rules you've learned to follow to keep your relationships working can actually get in the way of having the relationships you want.

you want to

feel considered

but you're so used to accommodating everyone else's preferences that yours rarely make it into the conversation.

you want to stop

arguing over little things

but you've gotten so comfortable keeping your frustrations to yourself that they build up until everything feels like a big deal.

you're following rules that are working against the very things you want

and none of this means the other people in your life aren't responsible for how they treat you. they are.

but while you can't control how other people show up in your relationships, you can begin changing the patterns that influence how you show up in them.

and that's where my work begins: identifying the invisible rules behind your reactions so we can start changing the patterns they've been creating in your relationships.

you don't have to spend the rest of your life fighting against your own reactions

once we understand the beliefs influencing how you respond, we have somewhere meaningful to begin making changes.

because the goal isn't to spend your life reminding yourself to stop people-pleasing or forcing yourself to respond differently every time something happens.

it's to work on the beliefs that have been making those reactions feel so automatic in the first place.

a client story

what was going unspoken

I recently worked with a woman who was frustrated by how much she was nagging her boyfriend.

she didn't like doing it, and he didn't like being on the receiving end of it. Even small things seemed to turn into arguments.

but as we explored what was happening, we discovered something interesting.

she wasn't comfortable speaking up about the little things in the moment.

a preference she could have mentioned in passing, or something that bothered her that could have been a quick conversation, would go unspoken. those little things added up until she was carrying around frustration from everything she'd been holding in.

so instead of teaching her how to stop nagging, we worked on what was making it so uncomfortable for her to speak up in the first place.

and as she started feeling more comfortable expressing herself, something surprising happened.

she realized there weren't actually that many things bothering her.

without all that built-up resentment, the little things could just be little things.

she stopped feeling the same need to nag. they started having fewer disagreements, and her boyfriend no longer felt like he was constantly being corrected or mothered.

she didn't have to keep reminding herself not to nag. she simply didn't feel the same need to anymore.

we worked on what was creating so much of her frustration in the first place. and as that changed, the way she participated in her relationship changed, too

that's the kind of work I believe in.

understanding what's driving your reactions and changing the patterns underneath them, so showing up differently can begin to feel more natural.

you don't have to wait for someone else to change before you can start feeling differently in your relationships

of course, changing how you show up doesn't mean the other person will suddenly start behaving differently.

a client story

she kept pushing back

I worked with a woman who struggled to set boundaries with her sister.

whenever she tried to say no, her sister would get upset and push back. For a long time, that was enough to make her feel guilty and reconsider her decision.

but as we worked together, something started to change.

her sister didn't suddenly become more understanding. she still got upset when my client said no.

what changed was how my client felt about honoring her own needs.

she could maintain her boundaries without feeling guilty or questioning whether she was doing something wrong.

and she wasn't forcing herself to be firm or trying to talk herself into sticking with her decisions. it simply started feeling like the right thing to do.

she no longer needed her sister to be okay with her decisions in order to feel okay making them.

that's an important distinction.

my goal isn't to teach you how to tolerate other people's disappointment while secretly feeling terrible about it. it's to help you work on the beliefs that have made their disappointment feel like something you're responsible for fixing.

when that changes, honoring your own needs doesn't have to feel like something you're doing against someone else.

it becomes something you're comfortable doing for yourself

that's the kind of relationship with yourself we're working toward.

one where your needs matter, even when someone else doesn't agree with them. and where your decisions come from what you know is right for you, rather than what keeps everyone else happy.

introduction

Love, Rewritten

six months • personalized 1:1 support

for the woman who's tired of being there for everyone else and is ready to start showing up for herself, too

Love, Rewritten is a six-month, personalized 1:1 experience designed to help you change the patterns that keep you putting yourself last, so you can build relationships where you feel supported, considered, and cared for, too.

together, we'll identify the beliefs influencing how you respond in your relationships, use subconscious change techniques to work on those beliefs, and put what we're learning into practice in your everyday life.

and you won't be left trying to figure out how to do that between appointments.

with personalized subconscious work and ongoing support, we'll work directly with the situations that bring your old patterns to the surface.

that might be a conversation with your partner you've been avoiding or a moment when someone gets upset with you and you immediately feel responsible for making everything okay again.

instead of simply trying to get through those moments, we'll use them to understand what's happening and help you respond in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be.

because the goal isn't to become better at managing everyone else's feelings. it's to become more comfortable honoring your own.

whether it's with your partner, your family, or your friends, the work is centered on helping you build relationships you love without constantly losing yourself in them.

what working together looks like

01

subconscious mapping

60-90 minutes

first, we find out what's actually driving the patterns you want to change.

we start with a 60–90-minute Subconscious Mapping session.

this is where we take a deeper look at your relationships, your experiences, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life.

but I'm not just listening to what's been happening.

I'm looking for the places where what you want and how you're responding aren't lining up.

you want to feel supported, but asking for help feels uncomfortable. you want to disagree with someone without feeling guilty, but their disappointment makes you question yourself.

those contradictions tell us where to look.

together, we'll explore the beliefs you've picked up along the way and the invisible rules influencing how you respond. I'll share what I'm noticing as we go, so you can begin recognizing those connections for yourself.

this is how we move beyond the surface-level problem and identify what's keeping the pattern in place.

it also gives us a foundation for personalizing our work together. when something comes up with your partner or a family member, we can connect what's happening now to the bigger patterns we're working on changing.

02

everyday support

voxer • processing calls

we work with your patterns where they actually show up: in your everyday life

your relationships aren't going to wait until your next appointment to get complicated.

maybe you finally tell your partner something that's been bothering you, and now you're second-guessing how you handled it. or your sister asks for another favor, and you can already feel yourself getting ready to say yes when you really don't want to.

these aren't interruptions to our work. they're opportunities to do the work.

throughout our six months together, you'll have ongoing support through Voxer and 25-minute Processing Calls.

Voxer is our ongoing conversation. you can send voice messages whenever something comes up, share what you're noticing, or bring me a situation you'd like help working through. I respond once daily, Monday through Friday.

Processing Calls give us dedicated time together. when something needs a deeper conversation or you're having trouble getting unstuck, you can book a 25-minute call with me.

we're using what's happening in your relationships to recognize the patterns you're following and work on responding differently.

sometimes we'll catch a familiar reaction before you fall into it. other times, we'll explore something that's already happened and use what we discover to guide your next steps.

and if you'd like a little extra structure, you'll have the option of a weekly check-in to reflect on what you're noticing and where you'd like support.

you're getting support with what's happening today while developing more trust in your ability to navigate what comes next.

03

personalized

subconscious support

we use subconscious work to help those changes feel more natural

understanding why you feel guilty when you say no is one thing. actually being able to say no without that familiar wave of guilt taking over is another.

that's where personalized subconscious support comes in.

through hypnosis and other subconscious change techniques, we'll work on the beliefs and automatic responses that have been keeping those patterns in place.

I'll select the recordings and exercises that support the specific work we're doing together.

some of that support will come from my existing resource library. when something calls for a more individualized approach, I'll create something specifically for you.

and as our work evolves, I'll continue adapting that support to what you're experiencing.

the goal is to help new ways of responding become more familiar, so honoring yourself doesn't always feel like something you have to fight to do.

six months of support,
built around your actual life

there's no rigid curriculum to keep up with or expectation that every week will look the same. we're working with the patterns that are actually showing up in your life. some weeks, you'll have plenty to work through together. other weeks, you'll be putting what we've uncovered into practice and noticing what's changing.

you'll bring your experiences and your willingness to look at yourself. I'll bring the expertise and guidance to help you work through what we discover.

this is work we do together

and because this work is so personal, I think it's important that you know a little about the person you'll be working with.

hi! i'm adreanna

I believe people are complicated. and relationships? even more so.

you can love someone and still feel frustrated with them. you can want to be a good partner, friend, or daughter and still find yourself doing things you don't particularly like.

you can know exactly how you want to handle a situation and somehow end up doing the complete opposite when you're actually in it.

and I don't think those contradictions are things we need to judge ourselves for. I think they're things worth getting curious about. because there's usually more going on beneath the surface than we realize.

that's what I love exploring in my work.

my work combines subconscious change techniques, hypnosis, and practical support to help women understand the beliefs and patterns influencing how they think, feel, and respond in their relationships.

I'm not interested in telling you who you should be, how you should feel, or which relationships you should keep.

I'm interested in helping you understand yourself well enough to make those decisions for yourself

because the relationship you have with yourself influences every other relationship in your life. and when that relationship starts to change, so much else can begin to change with it.

ready to start showing up differently in your relationships?

Love, Rewritten is for women who are ready to take an honest look at their patterns and actively participate in changing them. you don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. you just need to be willing to explore what's happening and work with what you discover.

here's how to get started

01

fill out a short application

tell me what's happening in your relationships and what you'd like to change.

02

we'll have a conversation

after submitting your application, you'll be invited to book a call with me. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, how I approach this work, and whether Love Rewritten feels like the right fit.

03

if we're a good fit, we'll get started

we'll go over the enrollment details and the next steps for beginning our six months together.

you don't have to know exactly how to change these patterns before reaching out. that's what we'll work on together.

something on your mind?

frequently asked questions

how do I know if Love, Rewritten is right for me?

Love, Rewritten is designed for women who recognize that their own patterns are contributing to frustrations in their relationships and are ready to do something about it.

you might struggle with people-pleasing or guilt when you honor your needs. you might notice yourself reacting in ways you don't particularly like.

you don't need to understand why those reactions keep happening. but you do need to be willing to look at yourself and actively participate in making changes.

do I need any experience with hypnosis or subconscious work?

not at all. i'll explain the techniques we use and guide you through the process. you'll always have a say in what we explore and which approaches we use.

will you tell me to leave my relationship or cut people out of my life?

no. that's not my role.

i'm here to help you understand your patterns and become more comfortable making decisions that honor what matters to you.

sometimes changing how you participate in a relationship changes the dynamic. other times, you may begin seeing a relationship differently and decide what that means for you.

those decisions belong to you.

and working on your own patterns doesn't mean taking responsibility for someone else's harmful behavior.

what if the other people in my life don't change?

they might not.

you can't control someone else's behavior, but you can work on the beliefs and reactions influencing how you participate in those interactions.

your progress doesn't have to depend on someone else making the same changes.

what if I'm really busy and can't commit to weekly appointments?

that's one of the reasons Love Rewritten is structured this way.

there are no required weekly appointments or rigid lessons. you can use Voxer throughout the week, book Processing Calls when you need dedicated time, and engage with the subconscious resources I recommend.

the experience is flexible, but it does require your participation and willingness to make room for the work.

how often can I message you or book Processing Calls?

you can send unlimited Voxer messages and you can send them anytime. I'll respond once daily, Monday through Friday.

you can book unlimited 25-minute Processing Calls throughout our six months together, subject to availability. you can have one call booked at a time and schedule another once that call is complete.

will I receive custom hypnosis recordings?

you'll receive personalized subconscious support based on what we're working on together.

i'll recommend relevant resources from my library and create custom interventions when our work calls for them, rather than promising a set number of recordings.

what's the investment, and how long is the commitment?

Love, Rewritten is a six-month experience at a founding rate of $400 per month for six months, for a total investment of $2,400.

the six-month commitment gives us time to identify patterns, work on the beliefs underneath them, and support you as you begin making changes in your everyday relationships.

you get to have a say in how your relationships feel, too

you can't decide how other people will treat you or whether they'll agree with your choices. but you have more influence over your experience of your relationships than you might realize.

you can begin recognizing the patterns you've been following without knowing it and working on the beliefs that have made honoring your own needs feel so uncomfortable.

you don't have to keep being the person who knows what she wants but struggles to follow through when it matters.

that's the work we'll do together inside Love, Rewritten.

not so you can become a completely different person, but so you can feel more comfortable being yourself, even when someone else has something to say about it.

if you're ready to take an honest look at your patterns and start changing the way you participate in your relationships, I'd love to work with you.
